• Any cancellations with a notice of 7 days or more will be held as a credit for future rentals within a year.
• No refunds shall be issued for cancellations made under 7 days.
  

Mona Khan Company reserves the right to cancel any confirmed reservations and restrict future reservations for renters with outstanding payments.

• No fire, incense or candles are to be burned in the studio.
• Smoking and use of alcohol are strictly prohibited in the studios.
• No food or beverage except water is permitted in the studio spaces.
• Always leave the studio in the same condition you found it. Please pick up after yourself and your dancers.
• If you are the last one to use the studio, the responsibility lies on you to check for the following before locking up the studio:
  • Heating and A/C: turn this OFF.  Make sure the fan is not running (turn off the fan button under the system button – it is usually off – but sometimes it accidentally gets turned on) you will be charged $25 for A/C or heating system left on.
  • Lights – turn off all the lights in the studio. A $25 charge will be added to your invoice for any lights left on.
  • Turn off the bathroom lights.
  • Shut any open windows or doors.
  • Lock the door when you leave. If you are using a key from the lock box, please return it to the lock box when you are done using the studio. There is a $25 fee for a lost key.
• You and your students are responsible for any damage incurred to the mirrors and other equipment during your rental time.
• Mona Khan Company is not responsible for any liability to students or to any damage during the booking. 
• Any additional time used beyond the original rental reservation will be billed to the renter.
• The renter can arrive up to 10 minutes early to set up. Any business after the rental time should be taken outside the classroom to allow for the next class/rental to begin on time.
• Studio rentals are non-refundable.
