Bombay Jam® Kids
This 30-minute class for 3-9 year olds is packed with easy to follow Bollywood moves set to incredible music. A super fun way for kids to stay active and experience the adrenaline rush of dancing! Body positivity and confidence-building starts young, and movement is a wonderful way to help establish self-esteem.

Covid Safety Protocols
– Proof of vaccination (2 doses of Pfizer or Moderna, or 1 dose of J&J) at least 14 days prior to the class, along with photo I.D., are required to be shown at the beginning of the first class for all vaccine eligible students. Instructors are fully vaccinated
– This is an indoor class and masks are optional per current state and county guidelines
To receive online class access details, sign up at least 30 minutes prior to class start time. Sign up for classes to be added to the roster! We are limiting the capacity of each class to ensure the best student experience.

The program has a serious focus on integrating fun & fitness! Bombay Jam® incorporates cardio and toning routines into one action-packed total body workout, and routines are set to custom music mixes created by Bombay’s hottest DJs. The music is a blend of Bollywood and mainstream Top 40 tracks, resulting in one-of-a-kind mixes that are refreshing, energizing and universally appealing. The cardio routines incorporate basic, easy to follow dance fitness moves full of Bollywood flair, and the toning segment focuses on sculpting long, lean muscles. In just an hour-long class, you can burn up to a whopping 800 calories!
